About Brian Massey
Brian started at Boston Financial in August 2010 as a flex-time associate in the Lawrence office. In May 2012, he earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a minor in finance from the University of Kansas. Since graduating he has held the positions of Workflow Analyst with the Workforce Management team and Sr. Application Analyst in the Model Office and Showcase teams. He recently accepted a promotion to Program Manager on the Business Process Management team at DST, Boston Financial’s parent company. During his time in the financial industry, Brian has designed and created self-service reporting dashboards along with real-time efficiency monitoring for operations. In his new role, Brian will be using this experience in data analytics and working with the Contact Center to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
