It’s About Time

ClockAs we launch our new blog as an extension of our Perspectives thought leadership series, you may be saying, “it’s about time.”  Well, you’re right on many levels.  First off, we are proud to bring this to you and yes, it’s been in the works for a bit.

But more importantly, we see the blog as a great way to showcase our perspective on industry trends, breaking news, technology ideas, general opinions on timely topics, and in a more timely way.  Being a blog, we’ll be writing entries throughout each month and they will be a shorter read than our thought leadership pieces.

So, when we say, “it’s about time,” it’s also about valuing your time; giving you easy to read, timely entries on a consistent basis. We’ll be mixing up the topics and blog writers to keep things fresh and interesting.

Whether it’s the latest in online trends from myself and my E-Business colleagues or Joan Dowd and Craig Hollis writing about the latest proposed legislation, we hope you’ll check us out throughout each month to see and read what’s new.  We’ll also give you a glimpse behind the scenes of Boston Financial and showcase the activities in the communities we work in.

Also, the most important part of a blog are the comments that each entry generates.  These comments often spark lively conversations and also help us to see what others in the industry are saying.  So, don’t be shy and just read our entries; Interact with us to make the blog that much more interesting.

Brian joined Boston Financial in 2012 as the Managing Director for the E-Business Solutions Division. Brian helps to advance web, mobile, social media, and emerging technology-based solutions to foster innovation, cost-effective growth, and enhance client and advisor engagement. Brian has more than 21 years of experience in mutual fund technology, operations, marketing, and strategy. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Brian was with Wells Fargo Funds Management, where he led the Operations, Retail Marketing, and E-Business teams. Before Wells Fargo Funds Management, Brian led E-Commerce strategy, design, development, and online marketing for Strong Financial Corporation.
